This benefit is provided as an unprecedented enrollment bonus exclusively for our annual paying members during their first year of membership. You are entitled to a rebate for a single tank of gas valued at up to $31.25 every 90 days for one year from the original date of your membership enrollment. The maximum combined gas rebate amount during the first year of membership is $125.

Instructions for Gas Rebate:

1. As a member in good standing, you are eligible for a single cash rebate of up to $31.25 for gasoline and/or diesel fuel once every 90 calendar days of Automax Advantage Club Membership for one year from the original date of membership enrollment for a total rebate amount of not more than $125. (For example: If it costs $31.25 to fill up your car, then once every 90 days you can submit a receipt with your total $31.25 gas purchase and that amount will be rebated to you. If, on the other hand, it cost $70 to fill up your car then you can submit a receipt and you will receive a rebate for the maximum amount per period of $31.25)
2. There are no restrictions on the brand of gasoline and/or diesel fuel you choose to purchase.
3. Rebates are for gas or diesel fuel only and do not include any other product or service you may decide to purchase at the time of your fuel purchase including any unrelated taxes.
4. Your request for a Gas Rebate must occur within the first 30 day period immediately following every 90 calendar days of Automax Advantage Club Membership.
5. ELIGIBILITY PERIODS DO NOT CARRY FORWARD.  Failure to follow the instructions for a rebate as outlined in this form will result in the loss of your benefit for only that specific period of eligibility.
6. To receive your rebate, click on the “Gas Rebate Form” button below, then fill out and mail the form along with a copy of your single gas receipt from a commercially licensed gasoline vendor that lists the cost of the gasoline as well as the vehicle for which gasoline or diesel fuel was purchased.
