Automax Advantage Club Members have roadside assistance service second to none.  Familiarize yourself with the services provided and be sure to utilize them if the need ever arises. We suggest putting one of your Automax Advantage Club member cards inside your glove compartment so that in the event a service is needed your card will have the necessary contact numbers to get service on its way to you FAST!

Services provided under your membership at no additional charge are:

• Towing up to 25 Miles – provided at up to 25 miles at no charge to the member. Additional mileage is the responsibility of member.
• Emergency Road Service – Any available contracted road service that is needed to get your vehicle running under its own power (i.e. hose replacement or tightening of cables or belts, etc.)
• Essential Fluids & Supplies Delivery – Including gasoline, water, oil, or any supplies necessary to send a members car on its way (member is responsible for actual cost of fluid or supplies requested).
• Flat Tire Changes & Repair – Includes changing a flat tire with your good spare or plugging a punctured tire.
• Emergency Battery Services – Includes tightening or cleaning of cables, jumpstarts, minor adjustments to alternator, etc.
• Lock-out Service – Lost keys, broken keys, or accidentally locked out of your vehicle, we will send a locksmith
• Accident Towing – Towing up to 25 miles at no charge to member. Additional mileage is the responsibility of the member and will be negotiated prior to sending our service maintained roadway.
• Winching and Extrication -  One vehicle up to 30 minutes of labor will be covered to remove your stuck vehicle from the side of the road (no more than 100 feet from a regularly paved roadway.
• $300 Emergency Cash Funds – Reimbursement is provided when you are traveling more than 150 miles away from home and incur expenses for hotel/motel stays and/or alternative transportation cost from a license commercial carrier or car rental agency as a result of an accident or mechanical breakdown. To obtain reimbursement claim forms you may call Automax Advantage Club member services and forms can be either faxed or mailed to you.  Please note: maximum reimbursement for services not obtained through our network is limited to fifty dollars ($50)
• Theft Reward – In the event your car is stolen anyone that provides information to law enforcement agencies that leads to the apprehension of the perpetrator is eligible to apply for a $500 reward. Members or members family are not eligible for a reward.
• Hit and Run - In the event of a hit and run involving a car registered to a member anyone that provides information to law enforcement agencies that leads to the apprehension of the perpetrator is eligible to apply for a $500 reward. Members or members family are not eligible for a reward.
• Trip Routing – Call M-F toll free 866-294-0934 (two weeks in advance of your trip) to request your full-color wire bound trip outline. Fun games for kids of all ages and points of interest are included.

24 Hour Roadside Assistance: You must call 1-866-403-0263 and have your producer code 39723 (both are on you member ID cards) your Automax Advantage Club Membership number and your Plan Letter “C” readily available to access your 24 hour emergency roadside benefits.  Important: Please be with your vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended vehicle.

Frequency of Service Limits – Only one (1) service per seventy two hours and an unlimited number of services per year.
