$100 TIRE REBATE INSTRUCTIONS & FORM
As an Automax Advantage Club Member who has been an active member in good standing for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months you are entitled to a single $100 cash rebate for the purchase of a set of four tires for the automobile you have on file in your membership profile. The cash rebate will be a $100 flat amount regardless of discounts or any other condition related to your tire purchase.
Instructions for Tire Purchase Rebate:
- As an eligible Member you will be entitled to receive a cash rebate of $100 for the purchase of a full set of tires (4 tires) for the car you have registered with your membership. During your first 12 months of membership should you need to purchase tires prior to your eligibility anniversary date you may do so and submit your purchase receipt for rebate in accordance with the instructions outlined. After you have received your first eligible Tire Rebate additional rebates may be requested only every 36 months of calendar membership or at least 30,000 miles (or the manufacturers recommended tire life mileage advisement) whichever is longer.
- You may purchase any brand of tire anywhere you choose.
- The Automax Advantage Tire Rebate offer is for the purchase of tires only and does not include any other services or products or taxes of any kind whatsoever.
- Your request for a $100 Tire Rebate must occur only within the first 30 day period immediately following your first twelve months of membership or within thirty days (30) of your eligible tire purchase.
- ELIGIBILITY PERIODS DO NOT CARRY FORWARD. Failure to follow the instructions for a rebate as outlined in this form will result in the loss of your benefit for only that specific period of eligibility.
- To receive your rebate click on the “Tire Purchase Rebate Form” button below then fill out and mail the form along with a copy of your receipt from a commercially licensed tire reseller that list the size and type of tire purchased as as well as the vehicle for which the tire were purchased.
